I take a holistic, child-centered approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, safety, and trust. As an open and progressive practitioner, I proudly stand as an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for every family I work with.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m a certified sleep consultant (ASPC) with over five years of experience helping children—and their caregivers—find balance through better rest. I’m truly excited to partner with families on their journey toward emotional wellness, growth, and peaceful sleep

  1. Mindfulness and Relaxation – Breathing exercises, guided visualizations, and body awareness.
     
  2. Play Therapy – Using toys and creative activities to explore emotions and behaviours.
     
  3. Sensory Integration – Activities that help kids with sensory processing issues (you know, calming or stimulating their senses).
     
  4. Movement and Body Awareness –
