Hi, I’m Lo, a qualifying therapist with a deep passion for supporting children—particularly those with ADHD and other neurodiversities. I take a holistic, child-centered approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, safety, and trust. As an open and progressive practitioner, I proudly stand as an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for every family I work with. In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m a certified sleep trainer with over five years of experience helping children—and their caregivers—find balance through better rest. I’m truly excited to partner with families on their journey toward emotional wellness, growth, and peaceful sleep.
